What happens after I place my order for pat testing? First, you will receive an email confirming your order and the date and approximate time for one of our engineers to visit your home or business.

​

Before registering and labelling each item, our engineers will test and inspect it.

​

Any failed items will be reported to the responsible party. Furthermore, our engineer will place a fail-label sticker on the failed item.

​

The engineer will return the results to the office when the testing is completed. Finally, you will be able to print the report, appliance register, and certificate of compliance for your records.

​

We can request multiple engineers for some larger jobs.

​

The reports are emailed to you within 24 hours of completing the job.

​

Please keep in mind that if our engineers are running late on their daily testing visits, they will contact you. Every effort is made to reach you on time.

​

The recommended retest date will be printed on the certification, and we will send you a reminder one month before it is due to expire, giving you enough time to rebook.

​

Once the testing is completed, you will be invoiced, but certification will not be released until payment is received unless you have an existing account or have arranged an agreement.
