What happens after I place an order for emergency light testing? 

​

You will receive an email confirming your order with the date and an estimated time when one of our engineers will arrive at your property.

​

Our technicians will conduct their survey, including inspecting your system, the batteries, and any damaged items throughout the system.

​

After the testing, the engineer will send the information back to the office, where a document will be prepared and emailed to you in a PDF format. The emergency lighting report is typically a three-page document that includes characteristics of your electrical lighting system, results of testing, and possible recommendations based on the testing.

The amount of time necessary to complete the testing can change depending on the testing environment and system installed at the property.

​

Please note that we can send multiple engineers for some of our more extensive projects.

​

You will receive an email with the reports within twenty-four hours of completing the job.

​

Please be aware that our engineers will contact you if they are running behind schedule on their daily visits for testing. We will do our best to arrive on time.

​

You will receive a certificate with a recommended retest date. We will send you a reminder email one month before the certificate expires, giving you enough time to rebook an appointment before the certification becomes invalid.

​

You can pay immediately online through the website or wait to be invoiced after you have finished the testing. However, you should know that certification will not be granted until payment is made in full. Unless you already have an established account with us or this has been previously agreed with us.
